How do you charge?
We charge by the job, not by the hour. That way you know how much you’re paying ahead of time.
Do you charge a trip-charge?
Unlike many of our competitors, we DO NOT.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and checks.
Do you offer a warranty?
It’s unlikely you’ll need it, but yes we do. We offer a one-year guarantee policy. Our written warranty covers the labor aspects of your job.
How quickly can the work be done?
It depends on the scope of the work. Some jobs can be completed the same day, others may take a few weeks. Call us to inquire.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes
Who picks up supplies?
That’s your choice. You can, or we can do it.
Are you licensed & insured?
Yes and yes. And always protect yourself by hiring contractors who are licensed and insured!
Do you offer senior discounts?
Many of our customers are older, and we are happy to provide them with a discount. Plus my grandma would expect nothing less 🙂
Do you offer veterans discounts?
Yes we do.
